Abstract 1-Glycosyl-4-phenyl triazoles have been prepared via a copper-mediated [3+2] cycloaddition of glycosyl azides with phenylacetylene. These triazoles have been evaluated for their ability to inhibit the enzymatic activity of glycosidases.
