Abstract A case of hypertrophic osteoarthropathy (HOA) caused by lung metastasis of an osteosarcoma in a 14-year-old boy and the remission of the HOA after intra-arterial chemotherapy is presented. The clinical, radiological and scintigraphic findings are discussed.
