Abstract Although the treatment of allergic fungal sinusitis with specific immunotherapy after surgical intervention has proved successful, the question of what happens when such injections are discontinued remains unanswered. In this initial, admittedly small series, no recurrence has been noted in follow-up of 7 to 17 months.
