Abstract MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are key regulators of gene expression that help direct normal differentiation and malignant transformation of hematopoietic cells. This review summarizes our current knowledge of how miRNAs function in normal and malignant hematopoiesis and how miRNAs might be applied for disease treatment. This article was published in J Immunol and referenced in Journal of Nephrology & Therapeutics
