Biography

Dr. Ahmed El Sokkary is Experienced in Senior Quality Control Engineer. Training technicians and inspector on quality control principals. Quality stuff technical evaluation. Lead the internal and external customer complaints investigations and resolution of all product quality related customer complaints by using problem solving methods (8 Ds, 5 Whys, Ishkawa chart and Pareto chart). Plan and Organize the quality production requirements with internal and external suppliers according to production schedule. Process monitoring and control by making SOP, Work instruction sheets and control charts. Production monitoring and control by record and analysis data and making reports to the manager. Solve Team members’ conflicts and miss communications.
