• Chromatographic techniques for isolation of active principles and also various methods for extraction of bioactive substances.
• Using (SDS-PAGE) protein and iso-enzymes electrophoresis technique for the differentiation between different treatment plant varieties.
• Evaluation the biological activity of the medicinal plant extracts as antioxidant and antimicrobial effect.
• Also have skills in analysis of plant metabolites, antioxidants compound and enzymes activity in stressed plants.
