Biography

Dr. Anil Kumar Singh is currently working at CSIR-Institute of Himalayan Bioresource Technology. His research interest includes Plant Genomics, Plant Molecular Biology, Transgenic Technology. He is serving as an honorary reviewer for Transcriptomics: Open Access. He has authored of several research articles/books related to next-generation sequencing technologies and allied computational approach also interested in identification and characterization of genes responsible for plant stress tolerance and their deployment using transgenic approach.

Research Interest

My research interests focus on understanding the regulation of plant adaptation to changing environment using next-generation sequencing technologies and allied computational approach. My lab is also interested in identification and characterization of genes responsible for plant stress tolerance and their deployment using transgenic approach.
