Prof/Dr. Birgit Puschner has received his PhD and DVM at the University of Munich. Currently, she is working as a Professor of Toxicologyin the Department of Molecular Biosciences, School of Veterinary Medicine, University of California, Davis. Her research focus is on veterinary toxicology and detection of toxicants in various matrices. She is serving as the department chair of the Department of Molecular Biosciences, and is an invited reviewer of a number of high quality peer-reviewed journals in veterinary and environmental sciences.
