Carlos Escudero is head of the Vascular Physiology Laboratory, Group of Investigation in Tumor Angiogenesis (LFV-†GIANT), Department of Basic Sciences, Universidad del Bio Bio Head of the Group of Research and Innovation in Vascular Health (GRIVAS Health).
We have characterized impaired placental adenosine-â€mediated angiogenesis in preeclamptic pregnancies. In addition, we also are interested in tumor angiogenesis, in which biological and mathematical models have been tested.
