Biography
As a professor, she teaches at the Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Coimbra, being responsible for several subjects both at the pre and postgraduate courses. Supervision of more than two dozens of masters’ thesis. Research interests are Oncobiology; Pain pathophysiology; Palliative Care. Researcher in several scientific research projects, she has received several awards and honors at national and international scientific meetings. She has authored several dozens of scientific presentations (oral and posters) in national and international scientific meetings. She has authored thirteen research articles and six book chapters
