Dr Faizul graduated with a B.Eng and M.Eng in Mechanical Systems Engineering in 1999 and 2001, respectively. He obtained his Ph.D in the field of MEMS from Tohoku University, Japan in 2009. He is also now working on lead-free solders and thermoelectric materials. He has published over 50 scientific articles and filed 6 patents on the mentioned research topics.
Dr Faizul research interests are in micro actuators, micro devices and MEMS.
