Narayan D Chaurasiya

Biography

Narayan D Chaurasiya obtained a PhD degree in Biochemistry from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, India during 2007 and MS from A. P. S. University, India. He is currently working as an Associate Research Scientist at the National Center for Natural Products Research, School of Pharmacy, University of Mississippi, USA. He has more than 10 years research experience in the field of natural product based drug discovery programs and metabolites analysis. Based on research and fellowship training he has received awards and honors, such as SERC Fast Track Young Scientist Award from department of Science & technology India and travel award from ODS (NIH) Travel Award. He is serving as an expert Reviewers for journals like phytochemistry latter, Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine and Medicinal Chemistry Research. He published numerous 18 papers in prestigious journals such as Journal of Mass Spectrometry, Plant Cell reports, Phytochemical Analysis, Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry Letters, Toxicology, Physiologia Plantarum and Chem. Pharm Bull etc. He is member of American Society of Phamacognosy, IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society, USA and Sigma XI.
