Biography

BiographyRaj Kumar earned his PhD degree in Materials for Engineering in 2014 at CNR INO sensor Lab Department of Information Engineering, University of Brescia, Italy. After that he continued as a postdoc researcher at CNR INO sensor Lab. Presently He is working as a postdoc researcher in Sensor group Department of Electronic Engineering, University of Rome "Tor Vergata", Italy. He has a PG Dip in IPR law from India Law Institute, Delhi India. He is author and co author in many research articles published in international/national journals and conferences. His research activity focused on MOX and TCO based materials for gas sensors and optoelectronic devices (LED).

Research InterestThin film, nano wires, nano belt and nano materials for conductometric and optical gas sensors based on semiconductor oxides, hybrid structure and semiconducting polymer. QCM sensors for electronic nose, DSSC Solar cell, QDSSC Solar cell, Si based solar cell, Hybrid solar cell, FET, Optoelectronic devices (Light emitting devices, Photo diode), Photonic devices, Thermoelectric devices, Quantum dots, Phosphor and nano phosphor materials doped with Lanthanide materials for plasma display panel, solar cell, LED devices.
