Biography

Dr. Ritu Kushwaha has received her PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru University,INDIA in the field of molecular biology. Dr. Kushwaha joined Yale School of Medicine in 2007, in the department of Immunobiology, where she contributed in study of epigenetics in transgenerational inheritance in mouse model. Currently, she is working as Research Associate at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York. Her primary research interests include area of miRNA, Stem Cell Biology and Germ Cell tumor. Dr. Kushwaha has published in several high impact peer-reviewed journals like PNAS, Development, Stem Cell and Development. She is serving as an associate editorial member of several scientific journal journals like American journal of Cancer science; Stem cell studies; Biochemistry & Physiology. Dr.Kushwaha is an active reviewer for Stem Cells and Cloning: Advances and Applications and Stem Cell Discovery. Dr.Kushwaha is member of American Association of Cancer Research, American Association of Clinical Research and New York Academy of Sciences.
