Sandip Shelke currently working on Chaperone-assisted RNA crystallography and development of synthetic antibodies using phage-display for in-vitro selection of RNA binding Fabs.
Nucleic acid function by studying their structure using biophysical techniques like EPR and X-Ray Crystallography. My graduate research in the Sigurdsson Lab was focused on synthesis of stable nitroxide free radicals for development of the non-covalent and site-directed spin labelling strategies for EPR studies of nucleic acids.
