Biography

Designed and engineered an ultra-high affinity Calmodulin-binding-peptide (CBP) tag as an immobilization tag for high-throughput phage-display library sorting Engineered, generated, expressed and purified over 200 epitope-specific, domain-specific, conformation-specific and regio-specific synthetic antibodies (Fab) for multiple therapeutically-relevant epigenetic protein targets having SET domain, Bromo domain, PWWP domain, transcription factors and drug targets like GPCR Structure determination and extensive biophysical characterization (DLS, SPR and SEC) of several target-antibody complexes to probe conformational dynamics in protein structure Collaborating with different groups in Stanford University, University of Toronto, Structural Genomics Consortium Oxford, National Cancer Institute, Frederick, Northern Illinois University and Rutgers University
