Biography
Ahmed Wolela completed his B.Sc. degree in 1984 in geology from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia, and his Ph.D. in geology in 1997 from the Queen's University of Belfast, United Kingdom.Later, he joined the Ethiopian Petroleum Operations Department and evaluated the petroleum potential of the Blue Nile and Ogaden basins. He has published several articles in international journals.
