Biography

A. Personal Statement. I have published more than 50 peer-reviewed journal articles. Most of my publications focus on the neurodegenerative and environmental effects on Nanoparticles, and the molecular mechanism of neural cells death. These publication support that I am an expert on the study of Nanomedicine and neurodegenerative disorders on rodent behavior, neuroprotection, neurodegeneration, brain pathology, and related molecular mechanisms in vitro primary cultured neuronal cells and cell lines, and in vivo in rodent brains from the mouse models. I am a funded principal investigator in four Nature Science Foundation of China, two of them are for Nanotoxicity. In summary, my strong background and funding history on study of Nanomedicine, particularly Nanotoxicity using rodent models. B. Positions and Honors.
