Abstract

A novel methodology has been developed using Caesium carbonate as an efficient and recyclable catalyst for the synthesis polyhydroquinolines derivatives of one pot four component via aromatic aldehydes, dimedone, ethylacetoacetate and ammonium acetate, this reaction was induced by the visible light and tetrabutylamonium bromide as phase transfer catalyst.
