Four simple, sensitive, rapid and accurate UV spectroscopic method has been developed for the estimation of Prednisolone in bulk and pharmaceutical dosage forms. A simple UV spectroscopic method was developed and validated for the estimation of Prednisolon range for Prednisolone was obtained as 4 validated based on ICH guidelines. It is simple, sensitive, and reliabl for the routine analysis of Prednisolone.
