In this study, in 4.5±0.3 mg/l dissolved oxygen concentration blood cortisol, glucose, choles-terol, urea, uric acid, blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and pH analysis of fry rainbow trout were in-vestigated. According to the results obtained from these analysis, it was determined that blood cortisol, glucose, cholesterol, urea, uric acid and urea nitrogen values of fry rainbow trout in 4.5 ±0.3 mg/l dissolved oxygen concentration are statistically significant higher (p 0.05).
