Exhilaration is one of the important life quality indexes. There are many factors that affect exhilaration and, family could be one of those factors. In fact, the parents-children relationship forms the family basic foundations. The target of this research is indicating the parents' relationship factors with happy adolescent based on data expressed by them during the interviews. The sampling in this study is based on in-hand method and, it includes 22 parents whom their child recognized happy according to the Back depression questionnaire. The tools used in this study are Back depression questionnaire and interviewing parents with happy children. In addition, the research method in this study is qualitative and phenomenological. Finally, the obtained results consist of the below items: creating friendly atmosphere in family, dealing with adolescents in natural conditions, dealing with adolescents while they are in turmoil, internal control: or strengthening of adolescents internal resources, external control is: adolescent behavioral control methods. Parents are the first people create adolescent basic character. Therefore, the correct parents-adolescent relationship is necessary for a healthy life. The more thoughtful and more sincere this relationship, the adolescent is flourishing in expected manner and, the adolescent will become happier in the shadow of this sincere relationship.
