A series of 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles were synthesized via Cu(I) catalyzed reaction between terminal alkyne and substituted phenyl azides. The synthesized triazoles were characterized by 1H NMR and mass spectral techniques. The synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coli , Staphylococcus aureus, Aspergillus niger by well diffusion method.
