Abstract

In this paper an attempt has been made to report the thermo luminescence (TL) of Thin Films of NaCl. The TL of thin films NaCl shows a prominent glow pick at 363 k and other peak at 523K. The trapping parameters are calculated using Chen’s Formulae for the glow peaks. It has been observed that the TL of Thin Films of NaCl behaves like bimolecular process and it obeys the second order Kinetics. PACS: 78.20._e; 78.60.Kn;
