Hematological characteristics studied include packed cell volume (PCV), hemoglobin (Hb), red blood cells (RBC), white blood cells (WBC), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) and mean corpuscular volume (MCV). The study was carried out in the Research and Teaching Farm of the Delta State University Asaba Campus, Delta State Nigeria. Twenty (20) rabbits were used; significantly different means were separated using Duncan’s Multiple Range procedure. Significance was reported at 5% level of probability.
