Mostly gastrointestinal tumours occur in the stomach or small intestine, actually these tumours grow into the empty space inside gastrointestinal tract so there is no early recognition of these tumour sight unless they are in certain location or reach a certain size. Sometimes tumour grows large to block the passage of food through the stomach or intestine is called an obstruction. Sometimes small tumours might not cause any symptoms and may be found out by doctor accidently when he is looking for other problem.
