Lower back pain is a common disorder; almost everyone has it at some point. It is starts below the are called as lumbar region. The symptoms of lower back pain are, pain develops after movements lifting, twisting, or forward-bending, difficulty moving that can be severe enough to prevent walking or standing. While lower back pain is extremely common, the symptoms and severity of lower back pain vary greatly. A simple lower back muscle strain might be excruciating enough to necessitate an emergency room visit, while a degenerating disc might cause only mild, intermittent discomfort. Initially, back pain is usually treated with over-the-counter painkillers and home treatments. Most people will experience a significant improvement in their symptoms within six weeks. Some people find that heat – for example, a hot bath or a hot water bottle placed on the affected area helps ease the pain.
