The Aircraft Engine Historical Society (AEHS) is a non-profit organisation established in July 2001, USA. AEHS has started with small group members interested in aircraft engine. This society provides the rich history of all used engines in aerial propulsion and also rocket engines. It gathers the entire enthusiastic aircraft engine authors, collectors, operators, researchers with a single organisation. The Torque Meter the journal which has published by this society has got huge response and applause from the people that are interested in aviation craft engines. The AEHS is running with 1,011 members, and includes 7 board directors following the president Kimble D.McCutcheon.
The AEHS promotes the historical society of people and science that are associated with air craft engine development and engine manufactures. It also educates the students, researchers, historians and enthusiastic about the history of aircraft engine with their preserved knowledge. It encourages the people with the restoration and public display of historic aircraft engines. The AEHS documentation provides unique information for researchers and interested people.
