Albanian Society of Nephrology is dedicated to advancing the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of kidney diseases in the developing world. Nephrology study treats kidney and its diseases like normal kidney function, kidney problems, the treatment of kidney stones problems and renal replacement therapy, CKD which are common as heamodialysis and kidney transplantation. Kidney function studies: increased levels of blood urea and creatinine are the characteristics of acute renal failure. systemic conditions that affect the kidneys, such as diabetes and autoimmune diseases and systemic problems that occur as a result of kidney problems such as renal osteodystrophy, high blood pressure are also studied in nephrology. Since its inception, the ASN has focused on the promotion of education in the world, science and patient care in nephrology .Albanian Society of Nephrology achieve its philanthropic mission through collaborations, meetings, publications, advocacy and other outreach activities to the public of the importance of recognizing and treating kidney diseases early, connect professionals interested in the kidney and related diseases worldwide, support for research for optimal care of people with kidney disease, providing education and training of nephrology around the world; and ultimately reduce the frequency and impact of kidney disease and its associated conditions ASN leads the fight to prevent, treat and cure kidney disease worldwide by training health professionals and scientists to advance research and innovation, communication of new knowledge, and advocating the highest quality care for the patient.
