American Academy of Physician Assistants

A Physician Assistants is a state-licensed and nationally certified medical professional. The key role played by PA is to practice medicine on healthcare teams. The American Academy of Physician Assistants is the national professional society for PAs. The AAPA was established in 1968 and headquartered in Columbia, USA. AAPA works to ensure the personal excellence, recognition of physical assistants and professional growth. The academy also helps in enhancing their ability to improve the accessibility, quality of patient-centred healthcare. AAPA prescribe and practice medication in all 50 states of U.S territories. The main research agenda of AAPA is to AAPA’s goal is to convene researchers from all over the world and discuss critical issues. AAPA also facilitates research on important topics related to PA workforce, outcomes, practice and value.
