American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons

American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons has Established in 1991, the association has started with the mission to advancement in treating hip and knee surgeries and patient care through education and advocacy.

The AAHKS conducts the annual meetings that provide opportunity for members of the related profession gathered and educated each other on the best practices in arthroplasty. The main agenda meetings on wide range of scientific topics such as Hip and knee implant designs and its outcomes, innovative surgical techniques and various complications of primary and revision total joint arthroplasty (TJA). The latest information available on socioeconomic issues affecting the society has become another highlight of the addresses.

The commitment of AAHKS towards advanced patient care on supporting research projects with great potential to contribute to the field. The research projects that are conducting on patients experiencing total joint arthroplasty or related fields are being supported by AAHKS dedicated funds with great calibre yearly.
