american association of physician specialists

 American Association of Physician Specialists is a non-profit umbrella organization for many medical specialty boards that accredit certifies and re-certifies physicians in fourteen medical specialties in different fields  in the United States and Canada. The remaining boards have established later for the specific rules for physician advertising by which boards have to receive permission and approval for physicians to be able to advertise themselves as board certified in the particular research. The ABPS is associated with three organizations mainly, overseeing Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) and many certifications in the United States. The association of Physician specialists plays a role in assisting its Member Boards in developing the educational and professional standards to evaluate and certify physician specialists in their research category. It also appears that certification by an ABPS member board is not sufficient to allow use of the term "board certified" by physicians licensed in the State of New York. The main mission is to discuss the various aspects the on science of medicine for the betterment of the public health overall, to advance the interests of physicians and their patients, to lobby for legislation favourable to physicians with the patients reports, and to advance new and evolving areas of medical specialization through academic discourse. It also publishes various articles associating in the American Journal of Clinical Medicine (AJCM).
