Small Ruminant Practitioners Association recognizes the importance of providing support to veterinary students. It was founded to further the programs and studies of those working with small ruminants like sheep, camelids, elk, deer and other related species. The association mission is to encourage education, research and training to promote good health care and outcome of the benefits of the organization members around the world.  AASRP's primary goals are to work in cooperation with regulatory agencies, to further the professional research findings of members and to provide resources to raise the standards of small ruminant medicine.  It is also an organization for veterinarians and professionals who need to further growing their knowledge of small ruminants, build relationships with members around the world nationally and internationally, and provide the best and most advanced services and facilities to clients. It also grants each year to help student members of small ruminant associations to undertake exciting opportunities. Through donations AASRP is able to assist students in both research and shared opportunities they might not otherwise be able to afford, and also significant addition does make a difference. The Primary goals are to work in collaboration with regulatory agencies, is to further the professional development of ruminant members. As a member of association, they will have access to the most current scenario findings in research, services and products. AASRP is an organization for veterinarians and professional’s experts who want to further scope and knowledge of small ruminants, establish relationships with peers around the world, and provide the best and most progressive services and products to clients.
