Located in Chicago, Illinois the society’s missions are to exchange the ideas among the bio-ethics scholars, to enhance the clinical activities of the bio-ethicists, to encourage the discussions and the research in the field of bioethics, and to teach and develop new scholars in the field of Bio-ethics- these are the missions of American Association for Bioethics (AAB); While the mission of the Society for Bioethics Consultation (SBC) was to study ethics consultation.
