Analytical & Life Science Systems Association was started on 1988, Board of Directors approved applications for membership acquiesced by BMG LABTECH, Inc. Ron Earp PhD, President, will serve as the official representative to ALSSA and Scientist, will serve as the alternate contact. ALSSA's assignment is to be a believer for our industry to valuable aid to users' advancement of science and life. The companies involved in a range of scientific challenges and their technologies are used to conduct research, testing, and discovery and product development in a wide range of industries. In December 2012, our name changed from ALSSA to ALDA to cover the pitches of diagnostics. Documents dated prior to December 2012 will reference the association as ALSSA.

ALDA focuses on new technologies, markets, research and innovation, in which our members participate. Member companies range starts with the industry’s big suppliers to medium and small pre-product companies. Together, our analytical and life science community account for more over 50% of the industry’s global revenues. Our diagnostics members build and supply molecular, companion diagnostics, and emerging and next-generation diagnostic technologies. ALDA, was known as ALSSA, was started in 1988 and is headquartered in Alexandria, VA.  Through conferences, analysis data reports and communications, ALDA helps members keep their fingers on the pulse of global markets.
