Association of Clinical Trials Organizations

Association of Clinical Trials Organisation was founded at the end of November 2007 in the city of Moscow at Russia. It is a non-commercial organization of the companies/ licit entities and clinical research community engaged in clinical tribulations in Russia. The situation involving the export of biological samples, which occurred in May 2007, was the stimulus that led companies to engender the Sodality. At that time there was a lack of cumulating puissance, to claim on favour of business. The prime objectives of the Sodality are to further develop Russia as clinical research country/market, to ascertain a felicitous and efficacious balance between the intrigues of parties involved in clinical tribulations along with the patients, the medical association, and the regulatory agencies, to harmonize local legislative substructure for the clinical tribulations with the respective ecumenical standards, and to promote an ethical business model.
