The British Complementary Medical Association is the international organisation for the benefit of therapists and their clients. The British Complementary Medical Association's (The BCMA) primary aim is to promote ethical medicine, responsible and professional complementary medicine to the public health and the medical profession. It validates therapies and their standards of training in accordance with codes of ethics and shares ideas and resources, encourages freedom of expression, supports safe medical and well founded regulatory medical parameters, protects the holistic values (treatment) of complementary therapies and is led by volunteer. The BCMA is great news for professional practitioners, ethical knowledge and patients who demand expect excellence in every aspect of treatment.
In addition, BCMA is totally to representing "the professional face of complementary medicine" and promoting medical research, education and knowledge in the field.
