The National Extension Association of Family and Consumer Sciences (NEAFCS) teaches and perceives Extension experts who affect the personal satisfaction for people, families and groups. NEAFCS is THE expert association for Extension Family and Consumer Sciences that assembles pioneers for the future, perceives and advances greatness and grant in Extension Family and Consumer Sciences programming as an Extension instructor my prime concern is individuals. I trust it is my obligation to give the best of my capacity and create myself to be a powerful instructor. They acknowledge the chance to enable people, families, and groups to address their issues and objectives through a learning association. May I generally acknowledge the difficulties of the evolving times. The national Home Demonstration Agents' affiliation turned into a reality on June 29, 1933, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, amid the yearly meeting of the American Home Economics Association (AHEA). Twenty-one home showing specialists from thirteen states met for breakfast in the Schroeder Hotel and talked about the likelihood and prudence of framing a national association to advance the enthusiasm of home exhibition work. States spoke to were: Alabama, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia and Wyoming. This was really the fourth meeting of this gathering, yet no move had been made at alternate gatherings. At that hierarchical meeting numerous estimations of a national affiliation were examined. The most honest to goodness reason was arranging the pre-tradition gathering and program in conjunction with the AHEA meeting every year. Of equivalent significance was the likelihood of giving home operators a voice in shaping state polices through a national association and its nearby offshoots. A constitution was embraced in 1934 and the name of the association was The Home Demonstration Agents' National Association (HDANA).
