The Canadian Society of Vascular Nursing was framed in 2000 to address the issues of the Canadian Vascular Nurse. CCSVN was under the Society for Vascular Nursing, a universal association devoted to demonstrable skill and greatness practically speaking. CCSVN was consolidated in 2004.In 2010, the enrollment voted on changing its name and this makes it the main Canadian Society, committed to vascular nursing in Canada. In spite of the fact that regardless we have solid binds to the Society for Vascular Nursing, we are a different Society with Chapters of our own.CSVN holds a yearly meeting in the meantime as the Canadian Society of Vascular Surgeons (CSVS).
