The Indiana Primary Health Care Association, Inc. (IPHCA), organized in 1982, advocates for quality health care for all persons residing in Indiana. IPHCA supports the development of community-oriented primary care initiatives including Community Health Centres. The mission of IPHCA is to champion the development and delivery of accessible, community-driven quality health care. The vision of this barrier-free, high quality health care system is for Affordable, Available, Accessible, Appropriate, Acceptable. IPHCA provides training and technical assistance to Federally Qualified Health Centers and State-funded Community Health Centers through funding from a number of sources. IPHCA provides services and support that build efficient, high quality, and financially sound community health centers. Included in IPHCA’s comprehensive definition of primary care are medical, dental, and behavioral health services. IPHCA has a diverse membership that includes CHCs, interested individuals, and organizations that support IPHCA's important mission. IPHCA's programming is diverse, specialized, and can be tailored to meet the unique needs of its members. Offerings include Technical Assistance (TA), Education and Training, Quality Improvement technologies, Bioterrorism and Emergency Preparedness assistance, and much more.
