International Association For Therapeutic Drug Monitoring And Clinical Toxicology

IATDMCT is unique in that no other society promotes the interest of TDM and clinical toxicology internationally. The IATDMCT Resources Area has been designed to create a repository of information for all IATDMCT members to support them for teaching and learning, as well as for research purposes in the fields of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring and Clinical Toxicology. The goal is to collect and make available as much information as possible in the form of guidelines and consensus documents, downloads of lectures from IATDMCT members presented at international meetings and congresses, review papers and drug monographs, synopses in tabular form, links to target databases and software tools, video and audio tutorials and/or webinars etc. It has many aims and through our numerous scientific committees, the Association is working diligently to achieve all of them. We have something to meet everyone’s interests, and are welcoming of new ideas and enthusiastic members. The IATDMCT will be offering new ways to encourage development of educational activities, whether that is through presenting recorded educational content, live webcast, webinars or travelling lectures. Hope that this will provide our younger members and members in developing countries access to educational content who may not otherwise be able to travel to meetings. The IATDMCT is working on collaboratively creating reference materials and analytical standards to promote harmonization of assay results which should lead to overall improvement of patient care. “We may be separated by geography but we are united by science” said by Dr. Loralie Langman, President of International Association For Therapeutic Drug Monitoring And Clinical Toxicology.
