Chief of Japan Down Syndrome Society is Tamai Kunio.
There was a care group "Koyagi-no-kai" built up in 1963. Furthermore a non-benefit association "Kobato-kai" was established in 1964. These two and different gatherings in all aspects of Japan joined to set up JDS. 2013, as a non-benefit association, with the endorsement of the Minister of International Trade and Industry of Japan. Japan Down disorder Society (JDS) is a non-benefit association , focused on enhancing personal satisfaction for individuals with Down disorder and their families, and elevating their innate right to be acknowledged and included as esteemed and equivalent individuals from their groups. There are around 5800 individuals in 55 branch bunches (Dec 2014).JDS branches all over Japan can bolster you to get local data about Down disorder or children with DS. Down Syndrome International (DSI) is a UK based universal philanthropy, containing an enrollment of people and associations from everywhere throughout the world, focused on enhancing personal satisfaction for individuals with Down disorder worldwide and elevating their natural right to be acknowledged and included as esteemed and equivalent individuals from their groups. There are around 5800 individuals in 55 branch bunches. Its individuals incorporate individuals with Down disorder, guardians, relatives and companions, carers , experts, professionals, scientists, associations and individuals who are simply keen on Down disorder from everywhere throughout the world. Our main goal is to enhance personal satisfaction for individuals with Down disorder worldwide and elevate their inborn right to be acknowledged and included as esteemed and equivalent individuals from society. They are advancing World Down Syndrome Day (WDSD) on 21 March every year as a day devoted to individuals with Down disorder.
