The Motorcycle Industry Association (MCIA) has comtemplate after the interests of the motorcycle industry for over 100 years. Our members are manufacturers and foreigner buyer of powered two wheelers and the suppliers of associated goods and services in the UK.
The MCIA’s objectives are to promote, protect and expand the motorcycle industry for the benefit of members.
The MCIA is governed by a Board of Directors, appointed or elected to reflect the funding of the Association and to assure representation of all categories of membership.
Manufacturing and importing members registering done with 1.5% of the UK market are automatically entitled to a place on the Board.
Directors are also elected by members to corresponded to the needs of other membership categories: manufacturers registering less than 1.5% of the market, service providers, motorcycle trainers and assessors and fundamental suppliers.
An Independent Director ensures a representational balance is maintained.
