The Partisan Prohibition Historical Society began in 1971 as a casual relationship of Prohibition Party regulars. The pioneer was a teacher named Roger Storms. The Society was, basically, Storms' side interest. It was joined as a Colorado non-benefit in 1979, by huge numbers of the same people. The "enlisted specialist" was the Prohibition Party national administrator, Earl F. Avoid. Storms kicked the bucket in 1980, after an auto collision, and control of the organization went to Dodge. Evade ended the Society's pamphlet, Prohibition History Notes, stopped making the Society's yearly honor to an individual or association performing important administration in saving Prohibition Party history, and quit booking Historical Society gatherings. Evade additionally permitted the partnership to terminate. When this was found by the Party regulars, a few individuals from the first gathering framed another non-benefit partnership - without Dodge. We are trying to re-build up the project of gatherings, honors, and productions which the Society supported under the administration of Roger Storms.
