The Rwanda Medical and Dental Council is the authority of medical and dental practice in Rwanda. It is an expert, managerial and jurisdictional foundation. The Vision of the Rwanda Medical and Dental Council is to have a Rwandan culture where the populace has admittance to quality human services and administrations, to defend moral estimations of the Dental and Medical profession, to urge access to the profession, to immensify medical  specialists' abilities and to quality therapeutic and dental practice, to be the guardian of medicinal and dental deontology and morals, to give exhortation about medical and dental practice and wellbeing arrangements, to characterize the principles of basic, progressed and ceaseless preparing adjusted as much to the advancement of medicinal and dental practice with regards to the changing society and to be an appendage of legitimization for the degrees of therapeutic specialists and dental practitioners.
