Society of Environmental Engineers

The SEE is a British professional engineering institution founded in 1959 and expert Society that exists to promote some awareness of the discipline of the environmental engineering, and to offer members of the Society with training, information and representation with in the field. The Society Trustees in studying the Charity Commission guidelines, consider the objects of the Society line up directly with the public benefit necessities whereas at the same time providing members with, among other things, opportunities to maintenance their engineering careers, obtain the registration as a Professional Engineers and have their CPD supervised as well as being able to use a forum for technical interchange for example virtual groups and all of these activities are vital to the growth of individual engineers and add to the total skill base & commitment of the members for the public good. The Society is a Charity and as such the trustees’ annual report must contain a report in the inspected annual accounts, of the activities undertaken by a charity for the public profit and a statement by the charity trustees as to whether they have to consider the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit. Membership is reachable to all those who have an interest in Environmental Engineering and the events of The Society.
