This society, some time ago named the South-western Entomological Society, was established in 1976. The reason for the Society is to distribute a refereed diary, the South-western Entomologist. This is a local production covering entomological exploration in the South-western United States and Mexico. Contemplates directed in different districts will be considered if the outcomes are geologically appropriate. The objective of The Society of South-western Entomologists is to cultivate entomological achievement in the south-western United States and Mexico through the consolation of: (1) affiliation and free exchange among all entomologists; (2) the arrangement, perusing, and distribution of papers; (3) the scattering of entomological data to the overall population; and (4) production of the South-western Entomologist.Participation is interested in all people keen on entomology. Participation contribution is $20.00 every year, of which $18.00 goes for individual membership toward the South-western Entomologist. Applications for enrolment can be acquired from the Secretary-Treasurer or by finishing the participation application.
