Southern Orthopaedic Association SOA was founded by a small group of dedicated-physicians with a desire to set up a regional association for orthopaedic surgeons living in the southern states areas of the United States. Southern Orthopaedic Association SOA make great efforts to serve its members and achieve its mission of developing and fostering the art and science of medicine in the field of orthopaedic field. Foremost in this effort are the flagship Annual Meeting and the Journal of Surgical Orthopaedic Advances. The purpose of SOA is to develop and foster scientific medicine in the specialty of orthopaedic surgery.
