Title: Modern theory of relativity
In 1905, the great scientist Albert Einstein published his paper, “On the electrodynamics of moving bodies”, which proposed special theory of relativity. “Velocity of light in air or vacuum is constant irrespective of the state of motion of emitting source”, is one of the postulates of special relativity. But while formulating the special theory of relativity Einstein violated this postulate. From the third to fifth pages of his 1905 paper this violation is evident. This paper explains how Einstein violated the velocity postulate and reports special relativity is wrong. This paper proposes a new theory named “Modern theory of relativity” and suggests alternative explanations for the phenomena that are believed to be relativistic effect and concludes that cosmic speed limit does not exist.
