He has been featured on both national and international media including A&E Biography Channel, PI's Declassified, KIRO radio, Sky News, CBS News, CNN Justice, New York Daily News, The Globe and is published crime novelist. (Dastardly) Currently, he holds a certificate in Private Investigation from Boston University and travels extensively speaking about his unique experiences.

Recently, the national news has been filled with reports of how far too many high profile criminal trials ended with surprising verdicts. Rather than leaving the one with a sense of justice, these outcomes leave the impression that common sense has been replaced by an ever growing, complicated and unwieldy legal system. It's easy for an average person to become discouraged and complaisant. After all, what can one individual do in the face of this growing morass of mind numbing legal jargon and endless legal maneuvers? I'm living proof that an average person can still find justice! You don't need to sit back and wait for the authorities to find time to launch an investigation. I know. I did it! After accidentally running across six-decade-old evidence, I instigated my own cold case investigation. No matter that the murder of my grandfather was committed in 1951. Through determination and persistence I found justice! (I have to admit there was a bit of serendipity as well.) This presentation is a unique account of how, as a layperson, using a variety of resources I tracked down this fugitive murderer. That's not all I found. To my surprise, I also found a new family!
